This book does not give you exact exercises or meal plans, and it is not for you if you’re looking for quick results. It’s not a book about getting a six-pack in 30 days. It’s about health, both mental and physical. The mindset. If I can help you acquire that mindset, it will lead to a six-pack, if that’s what you want.

It contains personal stories and the mindset shifts that have come from those events. These mindset shifts are mainly connected to health(both mental and physical) and fitness, but I’ll do my best to explain how they apply to other areas of life as well - like work, money, and relationships.

The exercise stories will include strength training, marathons, Ironman triathlons, and ultra-marathons. That doesn’t mean the book is only for the ones who are into any of those sports. The lessons learned can be applied to other sports. I will not give you training plans, but I’ll provide information about what I did and why.

If you feel anxious, depressed, insecure, unmotivated, or just want to improve your life in general - I think this book will help you.

Everyone has different backgrounds, prerequisites, goals, etc. Therefore, I want to help tailor these “stories” and learnings to help you. That’s why I’m including three months of email communication to make sure you get the most out of this book.
